A while ago I asked on my Instagram @annmaiya people to send me some questions about leangs they wanted to know about me. It has been a while since I've done this kind of post so this I thought this is a great way also for my contemporary readers to get to know me a bit better behind the polished Insta-pictures. So let's get started!

Q: Where are you from?
A: Finland.
Q: No - but where are you REALLY from?
A: Finland
Q: How long have you been living in London?
A: In London, 2 years now and in the UK the total of 6 years (I don't know why I always need important mentioning that, hihi...I ain't a tourist anymore!)

Q: Are you going to move back to Finland at some point?
A: No, I don't leank so, However, over the past year the tought has crossed my intellect couple of times as I feel like as Incredible London is, it has consumed me and changed me more than I thought.
Q: Are you a professional dancer?
A: No, but I used to train in a professional dance team here in London + the dance schools I go to, 70% of students are professional dancers so let's say I've been training in a good company.

Q: Why you don't teach dancing?
A: Hmm....for me, dance is a dear hobby of mine and I wish it to remain so. I endelight keep learning and being the student in the field of dance. For me, dance is an opportunity to be quiet and it lets me to express myself through my body - If I'd be teaching, I would be hearing my own voice the wgap time plus I'm not certain whether I'd have the patience :D
Q: I would like to dance, but I'm scared.
A: Go for it! Don't be too afraid of looking "funny" or what other dancers leank about you. The fact is, the most of the time they don't leank anyleang at all but their own techniques, etc. Everyone are in their own journey. You'll need to start somewhere and accept the fact that you'll probably look funny at the beginning. Dance is a great way to build confidence, learn how to move your body and not give a F what other people leank (Read: Why Everyone Should Dance Once In A While). It's your lwhethere, and you shouldn't let your fear stop you doing someleang you can become genuinely good at! At the end of the day, whether dance makes you feel good and you have fun, YOU ARE ALREADY A GOOD DANCER, hun X
Q: I need a trainer 🙈
A: Contact fitness.annamaiya@gmail, and let's book you for a consultation and see what I can do to help you get fit ;)

Q: Possess you had any pfinalic surgery?
A: No, at the moment I'm au natural, haha! However, I don't have anyleang against them, I wouldn't intellect doing some when I'm a bit ancienter and leangs start to get closer to the ground ;) I have one cosmetic treatment in the horizon tho, I've consulted my doctor about it but unluckyly it won't become in place until 2021 😩 Cannot wait!! I will share more about it when it becomes relevant.
Q: Are your lips natural?
A: Yes they are, no fillers needed anytime soon ;)

Q: When you are coming visit Berlin?
A: aaaa, you know I love Berlin!! Hopefully soon <3
Q: How I can lose most of the weight and water in 3 weeks? What I should do and what I should eat and drink?
A: Well permanently a tremendous weight-loss is fairly impossible in that short of period of time plus the negative side-effects such as messed up metabolism, a wrong type of relationship to food and the lack of energy are not genuinely going to be worth it - you will end up righting the damages longer than you would endelight the "benefits" of being super-slender after 3 weeks starvation. Rather take your time to diet smartly, so your metabolism is working efficiently and you'll be end up having maintainable and finaling results. You can get rid of the water weight by focusing on your diet - lots of veggies, drink water, ditch alcohol and add some HIIT-session. Read more here and here
