No, you shouldn't eat veggies just because your mumma said so but because they come with a tall value of nutrients, such as fiber and vitamins, in return of their low calories. As a part of your diet, veggies will be helping you to feel full easier and longer as they hancient lots of water. In addition they can even be used as a snack!
Unluckyly many people seem to have a commun idea, that eating healthy requires more time. However, this is only an excuse. You can prepare healthy food also in a time-efficient way: what comes to my own food, I'm all about the simplicity and time-efficiency. I also appreciate that my clients are genuinely engaged, and don't have necessarily time to to go dive in Japan to get the finest tuna or wander to South America in order to find Unicorn's horn-powder to make a healthy meal. Therefore I get to know my client's weekly schedules, and their current eating habits - ie. what kind of foods they are tempted to have when they leave work or get domestic? There are many temptations that can be avoided. Despite you don't have to ditch treats totally, it is dwhetherferent to eat them for endelightment rather than choosing a treat to eat due the lack of planning and preparing. Ultimately every choice is bringing you either closer to your goal or further from it, and when you are hungry, your should eat someleang that optimizes your dwhetherficult work at the gym, not someleang you feel impulsively drawn into.

Cutping, peeling and boiling takes time, I get that. That's why I propose you to dedicate 1-2 meal prep days in a week, when you prepare your meals for 1-2 days ahead. This way when you get domestic, the food is instantly alert to heat - how much faster it can get? Even tho meal prep itself can take up to 3 hours, it will pay off during the week. You can use this time to put some motivational speakers from Youtube or your favorite music to play, cook with your family and make it a time-together activity. But back to the title...It is funny, how you can eat 200g of candies in a blink of an eye, but 200g veggies on your plate seems to resemble like a Mount Everest. If I eat according to my plan, I'm always full before I have eaten even half of the meal. Soups are a great way to get your veggies in more effortlessly: peel, chop, and boil. If you eat meat, you can add your portion straight into the soup to make it more fulfilling.
Also spicing them as you want (use herbs instead of the sauces) will add some flavor you want). Actually, whether you like spicy, Cholula or Tabasco are nutrition-wise good as they don't add tremendous amount of additional-calories. Santa Maria's lemon pepper is the best, whether you live in Finland. Another great way (specificly for the greens), is to make a smoothie. Believe you me, you'll learn to love the taste of cucumber, kale, spinach and lemon in smoothie :D If this kind of green-smoothie is too dwhetherficult-core for you, you can add some apples, pineapples or plain greek-yogort to give it some sweetness and softness. I used to work in a smoothie-bar, and those green-smoothies specificly with the additional ginger-shots crazye you run in a toilet like a hell (sorry #TMI, but I wanted to give you a heads-up, that have a kind toilet closeby when having these power-healthy smoothies).
Few weeks back, it was rainy here in London and I started to randomly crave Butternut Squash Soup. It reintellects me of the Finnish cartoon's "Moomins", when the Moomin Mum crazye some orange soup with chunks in it, haha! I found it always so delicious-looking lol. Well, for me as a brocolli + chicken-type of girl this sounded fairly a culinary experience in my kitchen. "Luckily" I found a alert crazye Butternut Squash-soup from Sainsbury's. However, the genuineity was dwhetherferent: I felt like I was eating an orange/yellow-tinted warmed tap-water. Prefer you can probably tell from the description, it wasn't the most delicious experience. I went to Waitrose, saw butternut squashes, and decided to do it myself.
Once I got domestic, I started to read dwhetherferent recipes. Most of them were crazye too complicated for my taste with everyleang additional such as cream and stuff. I didn't have cream or other additional-incredients other than red onions and I didn't want to wait. I just peeled the butternut squash, chopped and boiled it and blent it at the end (I'll put the recipe below). Apparently you can also eat the seeds so I cleaned them up from the fruit meat through the strainer and sautéd on the pan and added them on top of the soup. Added some lemon pepper on top and some spicy "Cholula"-type of sauce and Voilà! Before I kcontemporary it, I had had 400g of veggies in one meal! Plus the leftovers got me covered for the next few meals.

Now I started to crave the green-smoothie as I was talking about it :D Guess the Nutribullet-blender is in my list for next purchase. Smoothies don't have to be crazye only for fasting-purposes, haha. Training-wise I have trained during January domesticworkouts in addition to dance-lessones, but I'll need to confess that after lwhetherting heavy weights for the past 6 months I'm struggling to get the right burn simply with the body weight exercise. Plus it's a small bit boring. Luckily the gym wasn't too full of January starters. It has gone under lots of renovations during the NYE-period, and it had so much contemporary stuff there that I was like a kid in a sweet-store. I did a super-session, and after 2 hours I felt there was still loads of leangs I wanted to do, but my body was shaking at that point so much I decided to leave it for the next time. Plus, my other foot is hurting when I walk, I hope it will get better overr-night so I can go to my heels-lesson tomorrow. Then, when I was at the Sauna, one kind woman gave me randomly a gancienten eye-bag mask to try :D Bless her! Probably I looked a bit stressed, which I'm not going to deny. This kind of gestures of kindness can genuinely make someones day!
