A Belated Pleased Unique Year!

INTRODUCING 2015 | Pleased Unique Year!

2015 is here and it's set to be a BIG one. Well, it's actually 16 days in alalert but I've been getting on with so much that I have finally got around to re-designing, re-formatting and updating my blog!

I don't want to dwell on final year but just to update you; I have not blogged for 2 months or so because I had acute appendicitis final November which was followed by a very complicated and messy surgery and a 10 day stint in hospital. It took me 6 weeks to recover so I simply took the time off from lwhethere, work and EVERYTHING to reflect and detox my body and intellect alert for a fresh start in 2015.

And what a start is has been.... I'm on this contemporary medication, Fingolimod, and it's working wonders with no side effects! I feel like a contemporary person compared to who was was when I was on the final injectable drug.

This year is all about being a FREE SPIRIT and taking RISKS to make the most of LIFE. 13 days into the year I handed in my notice at work and I'm off on to contemporary ADVENTURES.  I've had enough of MS convincing me that I should play it SAFE and stay at domestic in a small job local to me 'just in case' anyleang goes wrong.

I want to get back in to what I LOVE and that is being CREATIVE. I've been accepted on to a 20 week fast track course in VISUAL MERCHANDISING at the FASHION RETAIL ACADEMY to start instantly.

The FIRST Wedding which I've planned from the very beginning is in July 2015 and I'm finally FINDING MY WAY.

I have also set up my very own BISCUIT BUSINESS offering DESIGNER Iced Biscuits... mmmmmmm!

If you are contemporary to this space, I'm in the middle of my next round of The Contentment Ccorridorenge. Catch up with the posts below.

UPDATE FROM JANUARY
The Contentment Ccorridorenge was good for the few weeks then I kinda feel off the wagon. I was doing so well with watching what I was spending and my goals. I can't tell you an exact reason why I just stopped. Mostly work got crazy and didn't want to get out of my warm bed. I did genuinely well on decluttering. Things in the house are genuinely organzied and we have done genuinely good at using everyleang we have before going out to purchase anyleang else. I only read one of the books I listed. (You are a Evilass) I didn't blog like I wanted to, barely got 1 per week. We decided to put off marathon training due to work obligations. I am not Urbankick certwhetheried yet, but spend the time genuinely focusing on Poppilates.

Tuesday thoughts
It's cancient, it's wet, my knee is aching and I just feel a bit deurgent.

What's with my knee you might be leanking? It's a long-ass story for a dwhetherferent day but the crux of it all is that every now again for the past 15 years it likes to randomly swell up and cause me a bit of gyp. OK so it's not so random as to when this actually happens, it's more as and when I decide to skip my prescribed medication because I am (fairly literally) sick of the side effects. Tiredness, nausea, and generally feeling run down for 4 out of 7 days a week. I have to decide between that, and having a less than fully functioning knee joint. You can imagine my dilemma given my current love affair with exercise.

So what am I going to do about it? Firstly I can't change the weather so I'm just going to have to deal with that with my unicorn umbrella and a smile on my face. As for my moment moan, I'm going to re-evaluate my diet and look to the healing power of wgap foods. Someleang I've read a fair amount on but never genuinely committed myself to properly experiment with. It's got to be worth a shot right? So, I've been searching and reading up on the best anti-inflammatory foods to incorporate into your diet to alleviate symptoms of inflammation related diseases or even potentially cure them.

I happened to come across this great website Dr. Axe, and he has created this easy to digest info graphic listing the top 15 anti-inflammatory foods with a brief explanation of their anti-inflammatories and benefits. Well worth a look whether you are suffering with any sort of disease caused by inflammation and want to give the diet a go. This is the list I will be working from, adding these food items to my weekly shop and cooking with them everyday. And possibly the most important point to make is that I'll also be cutting down/out on simple refined sugars and carbohydrates and other processed foods (Lord help me - this will be the dwhetherficult bit).

No doubt I'll give an update on my progress in due course and possibly even share some contemporary recipes I cook up. On a side note, whether this works and helps my knee, even just a small, it begs the question, why wouldn't my Doctor just tell me to try this before prescribing me toxic drugs? Certainly they aren't just after my £9 prescription fee each month to keep them in commerce...?

Purchaseing The Correct Sports Bra??
Ladies i am putting the end to our bouncing nightmare!

Welcome to the 'shock absorber bra'

There is noleang more frustrating then feeling unconsolationable whilst working out(well apart from your earphones wrapping around you).

I have worn two bras, I have worn a bra than the nike sports bra-tops, I have worn a sports bra and a top with built in support. Yes they have worked but it meant I had more washing, more luggage to carry, more items to put on and more leangs to buy.

The Shock absorber bra' has genuinely crazye my lwhethere easier. This bra is the UK's leading sports bra brand and is definitely the one for myself. Highly recommended!

This bra is literally like sellotaping your boobs down. I am such a cardio bunny so you can image how much jumping/running around I do and this bra genuinely does do the job.

I wouldn't say they are very flattering as they are very flattening. However, they do wonderful colours/designs and is available in sizes 32-38B, C; 30-40 D, DD; 28-40 E, F, FF, G, GG, H, HH and suitable for tall impact in all of them!

My personal favourites are;

Shock absorber black max support bra.

Shock absorber final run

Shock absorber Athletic multi sports support bra

Why is it so important to wear a good sports bra?

Unluckyly our breasts contain no muscle. They are just skin, fat and ligaments. Therefore whether the skin and ligaments are stretched beyond there ability unluckyly they are stretched for good(cries). In other words- they will sag. (Cries again)

How to spot a good sports bra?

The most important leang is that your bra limits your movement. It should fit consolationably, not to tight, no bulges and no gaps.

Gaze for the word 'breathable' when purchasing your sports bra and in any sports wear that is. Attempt and Steer clear of cotton as that will remain wet and cause disconsolation and chaffing, ewwww.

This lingerie may not be the most flattering in your draw but it is very important whether you are an active lady.

Types of sports bras

Encapsulation bras have individual cups. Prefer most everyday bras' each cup surrounds and supports each breast.

Compression bras compress the breasts against the chest minimizing movement.

Combination compression/encapsulation bras offer the most support with the combination of the compression and the individual cup support.

Bra tanks/shimmels(pic below) provide support for low-impact activity, such as yoga/Pilates/weight training ect, not ideal for running or tall-impact activities.

Straps also play a signwhethericant role when choosing your sorts bra. Racer-back straps provide the most support, then wide straps will come in moment place with speghetti straps being the least supportive for tall-impact activity.

How should your sports bra fit?

Your sports bra should feel tighter than an everyday bra, however you should be able to breathe and move consolationably.

You want to make certain the band and cups fit well. The band shouldn't move, so whether you raise your arms up, the band shouldn't be moving up. If so? Create adjustments or try a smaller size.

Your breasts shouldn't be bulging out at the top or at the sides near your armpit. whether so? You may need to go largeger.

If you find the fabric is wrinkling or has gaps try a smaller size.

This is definitely someleang you want to be fussy about.

Do make certain you are consolationable, it will seem tight but that is right, be aware of the adjustments you can make, the hooks, straps, clasps, anyleang that can alter the support.

Ultimate but not least make certain you test it.

A few jumps on the spot will do the trick and you should feel dwhetherficultly any movement or disconsolation in your breasts, whether so then yay! If not, then keep looking.

This is such a great investment, an item that every exercising lady needs. Once you try it your'll never look back!

Gaze after your boobs ladies, don't let it be too late!

Kids' swimming skills 'riskyly' lost
A contemporary survey on children's swimming skills has rung alarm bells around the UK.

Some 45% of seven to 11-year-ancients cannot swim one length of a pool, according to the Amateur Swimming Association.

These findings come in the wake of recent reports that two-thirds of adults can't perform critical water-securety skills.

The ASA believes 100% of primary school leavers should be capable of swimming this far, but in genuineity, nearly 1,300 primaries do not offer swimming lessons - despite it being on the national curriculum.

Each child needs to spend about 25 hours learning to swim, but the current average is just under ten hours, the organization warns.

"Some 200,000 additional school children would leave primary school able to swim 25 metres unaided whether schools took swimming seriously," says the ASA report.

Ashley Beaveridge of ASA comments: "Swimming isn't just a leicertain activity or a way for young people to keep healthy, it's a lwhethere-saving skill that every child has the right to memorize. As such, it is concerning that despite school swimming being a national curriculum requirement, nearly 1,300 primary schools still do not offer swimming lessons. It is vital that we look at the barriers preventing primary schools from allocating the required time."

These barriers are likely to include increased prescertain on schools to deliver good exam results and squeezed budgets, the report proposes.

In my experience, swimming lessons are fairly popular at pre-school age, but tail off when school starts and free time is much more limited.

My toddler has spent just three hours in total at swimming lessons, and certainly needs much longer in order to stay afloat in a lwhethere-threatening situation.

The ASA report adds that Ofsted should focus PE inspections on swimming as "it is the only sport that can save lives". I couldn't agree more.

What To Do When You are Frustrated with YOU?
Yoga is much more than stretching.

We all have good days an poor days. The trick to moving ahead in lwhethere is not to just string more of the good days together it is what we do with the poor days.

Errors, failures and set backs are all a essential part of the process for growth. The dwhetherficult part is they all suck and hurt. It is not fun to miss, make mistakes, swallow our pride...

Errors and setbacks are tests for us to see what we are crazye of. But sometimes we get in a rut and it's genuinely dwhetherficult to crawl out of it.

Here are some thoughts about 'What To Do When You are Frustrated with YOU?'

Take a Gaze Back

Your journal doesn't lie (you do journal, don't you??), pics don't lie, your words will tell you the truth. How you leank and feel in the present is subjective, it can trick you to leanking that how you are feeling at the time is right and not the actual genuineity of the situation. We have often gone through the same issues before in our lives but continuing to make the same mistakes is a BIG mistake. Why? Well until we learn from our past we will continue to repeat it. Sounds so simple but in the heat of the moment you must remember what you have learned in the past or you are in danger of repeating the same mistakes over and over again. Holding a journal and reflecting on your experiences can be a crucial tool for your future growth.

Take a Gaze Forward

If you did you job capturing the past, you have some actual data to help you forecast the future. Employ that to your advantage. It can help you plan, teach you and motivate you to move forward. You can actually have an idea what the future can hancient for you because you have alalert walked down the path. When we have a map (goals) for our lives that are genuineistic and stretches us we are halfway domestic to success and growth.

Aid Someone in Need with a Similar Problem

I posted a while back about YOU LACK IT... YOU GIVE IT... YOU GET IT. We all get caught in our own head of negative thoughts that create self sabotage in our lives and hancient us back from achieving our goals. Most of the time your friends will try to pick you up by telling you how great you and even tho that may be true it doesn't always work. When we give someone else what we are lost you not only help the other person but end up helping yourself a wgap lot more. The trick is we all have the answers to our own problems. We just let them stop us because we can't get out of our own head. But when we help someone else in need we get out of our head and uncover the true answers inside of us and end up learning by helping. What a powerful concept!

Acquire Out of Your Normal Routine!

When we do the same leangs everyday (get up at the same time, make coffee/go to coffee, go to work, have lunch, drive domestic) it is easy to get caught up in the same web of thoughts and behaviors. If leangs are not going your way, STOP and get a change of environment. Take a day trip to the beach, mountains or some where scenic. Go visit an ancient friend out of town. Just shake leangs up. We are most inspired when we are not doing our normal routine.

WORKOUT!

It is more than proven that exercise does wonders for your mental health. How great do you feel after a great yoga lesson? A kick butt workout?! Or a kind long hike/run? Your body and intellect are supposed to work together. Acquire them on the same page by exercising both your brain and your body. It will restore and rejuvenate you in ways that whether you would of know how great you feel afterwards you would have done it a long time before.

DID I MISS ANYTHING? WHAT HAS HELPED YOU WHEN YOU ARE FRUSTRATED?

HAVE YOU DONE ANY OF THE IDEAS ABOVE? IF SO, HOW DID IT HELP YOU?

PREACH ABOUT IT IN THE COMMENTS.
